NEET 2023 Application form available in the official website of NEET at neet.nta.nic.in. April 06, 2023, is the last date for submission of application form. NEET 2023 exam officially announced to be scheduled on 07 May 2023, from 2.00 PM to 5.20 PM. Candidates should know the entire process of filling the application form to avoid irreparable losses and lose the opportunity to appear for NEET 2023 entrance examination. Eligibility Criteria for NEET 2023 as per the instructions issued by NTA is as follows: Medical aspirants must be aware of NEET eligibility criteria prior to filling the NEET application form to avoid the rejection of the application. NEET 2023 application requires careful step by step process filling before submission of the same. Though a correction window will be opened for correction of mistakes in the application form, is limited to few columns. Candidates are strictly advised to go through the entire process of application carefully understand the specifics, keep entire documents in hand prior to the application form filling.
- In the first step candidates have to register themselves, filling the required details. An application number will be generated which will be used to fill the remaining application form.
- In the next step, candidates will have to fill in the details regarding question paper medium, exam centre details, and upload the documents.
- In the third step, candidates have to pay the requisite fee and submit the application form.

Step 1: Registration
A link to register for NEET UG 2023 will be provided above on this page. Candidates will have to click on it. The candidate login of NEET as shown below will open.
Visit the official website to get the NEET (UG) 2023 Registration form or click on this link https://neet.nta.nic.in/ to get the application form
Candidates have to go through the instructions carefully, accept that they have done the same by selecting the area provided, and then click on ‘Click here to Proceed’
After completing the steps mentioned above candidates will be redirected to the ‘Registration page’ of NEET 2023. A replica of the same can be seen in the image below.
The screen that appears after completing the steps above will have a provisional registration number as shown in the image below.
Candidates will have to then click on ‘Process Detail’ if they wish to continue filling the form or close the window if they wish to pause after the registration.

3. In the next screen candidates have to enter their following details
4. In the next window, candidates will have to fill in their Aadhaar details, gender, date of birth. After this, check on the declaration box and click on the ‘Submit & Next’ tab. Refer to the image below.
5. In the next window, candidates will have to give exam centre details. Here they will have to choose 3 exam centres, question paper medium, parent’s qualification/occupation, and click on the ‘Save & Next’. The image below shows the same.
6. Next, candidates will have to enter their academic details of class 10, 11 and 12 or equivalent. At the bottom of this page candidates will be asked to fill their marks scored in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in class 12.
7. Now candidates will have to enter some additional details such as place of birth, state, district, enter the security pin and click on ‘Save & Next’.
In this step medical aspirants have to upload their photograph, left & right fingers and thumb impression and signature according to the specifications given in the table below.

Select Debit / Credit Card / Net-banking /UI (Service / processing charges per transaction & GST (as applicable) to be paid by the candidate to complete the payment of the application fee.
After uploading the documents, candidates will be redirected to the review page where they will have to check whether the details showing on the front end are correct or not. Refer to the image provided below.
After reviewing the details candidates will have to click on the declaration ‘I Agree’ and click on ‘Submit Application Form’. Refer to the image provided below.
NTA published the NEET 2023 application fee payment details in its information bulletin. The same is increased by ? 100/- compared to last year. Check the category wise application fee details given:

In the next step, candidates have to make payment for the application form of NEET. Category wise application fee of NEET 2023 is given in the table above. There are certain points that are to be known to the candidates prior to making the NEET application fee payment
The mode of fee payment is online. Candidates can make the payment of the application form through credit/debit card and net banking using SBI/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm payment gateway.
After this candidates will be redirected to the payment interface page where they can make NEET application fee payments.

The entire process of NEET Application form is conducted in single phase. In case of candidates that have made mistakes in filling the form should wait for the correction window to be opened for making the changes in their application form.
